This website is operated by Final Whistle Co ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products: we make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them exactly. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders: we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Our products are fan-made merchandise. They are not officially licensed by, affiliated with, or endorsed by FIFA or any official World Cup organizing body.

Intellectual property: all site content (text, images, logos) is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability: our products are sold "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
